This group is discussing the questions that Jesus asked. Why were these questions important? What did Jesus want us to learn? Meeting in Community Room C (lower level). Leadership provided by Judy Shirley.
VBS Decoration Creation Days
Join us to help put together scenery and signage for VBS. No special artistic skills are required. If you can cut, color, paint, or glue….we need you! Can’t help on one of these days? No problem! There are projects that can be completed at home. Contact Ashley Fisher for more information and to let her know you can participate.

Children's Church leaders do a simple 10-minute lesson for ages 5 to 1st grade, done during the sermon portion of 11:00 worship. Easy-to-use lesson plans are provided. For Children’s Church, we need 1 leader and 1 helper each Sunday. Sign up to be a Children's Church leader here.

Rotational Sunday School
Shepherds move with a group of children, guiding them to each station. We need 3 shepherds each Sunday. Faith Guides lead the activity stations. We need 3 Faith Guides every Sunday. Give one Sunday or several! It takes all of us working together. Contact Ashley Fisher or Carol Bostian if you are willing to help out.
Resurrection Class for adults
This group is focusing on our Lutheran heritage in a study compiled by church leaders throughout our North Carolina Synod. Ever-Reforming: 500th Anniversary of the Reformation looks back on the history of the events that shaped our church and looks forward to what God is calling the church to do and to be now and in the future. Leadership provided by the Rev. Dr. David Ratke.
Child Safety Policy Forms for Volunteers, Participants
LIFE Class for adults
This group is following the rotational model of the K-4th grade Faith Explorers, looking deeper into the topics covered in Sunday School by our children and youth. Join the group for discussion, then use the information as a conversation starter with your kids at home. Meeting in the Martin Luther Room (in the office area). Leadership provided by Jason Fisher, Laura Caudle, Mike and Laura Thomas, and Tiffany Brittain.
Special Forum: Sunday, April 9 @ 9:45 a.m.
The LIFE class will welcome Joshua Page, owner and Sensei at Hickory Academy of Martial Arts, for a forum on bullying. He will talk about things parents can do to help their kids handle this prevalent problem.
